Too Beautiful For Words....The MOTHER'S OF ALL LIVING!

  • chakabarsWhen I look at you I see magic.
All the hopes and dreams of purposeful creation.
The only matter that matters to me, carrying souls from the spiritual world to here and on to their next destination.
The world seeks to destroy you, if they can't hold you without force the want to control you.
All men came from you and love you so much, they spend the rest of their lives trying to get back inside of you.
Not knowing that you live in them, hating you, they are hating themselves as all men are half woman. Our scrotums were formed from labia and our testes were ovaries. We have nipples because we all started out as women. So men are scared of you. Especially those men with the least melanin. Many of them raped you for hundreds of years, all the while they had wives lacking melanin, but they would still rape you because they wanted to dominate the creation of life itself.
No more, your Kings are waking up and we will literally die to defend you. All who will not die for you, are not kings but fallen men who you don't need or want, because until they realise that we can't rise without you, we are useless.
In ancient Africa we called god Mother/Father God because intelligent Africans couldn't conceive of a man being balanced on his own. Now you have these foolish men talking about Father, Son and Ghost.
They killed you, yet they expect to live a normal life when they removed a part of themselves from their belief systems.
    History never #herstory
Men and our egos, when will we find balance. I have spent more time with and talking to women than I have men, because I realised that men are pretty mad until they unlearn sexism. This is why I am wise. The cognitive dissonance in most men is huge and people don't function well with this level of dissonance that they are invested in.
It's pathetic the rhetoric that we are told (by men) is the "true way". There is no truth without you. All envy and are scared of you. Because they are living a lie and yet you have always been the truth... #chakabars

'when Myofascial Release Gets Emotional'

There is anecdotal evidence that in addition to triggering emotional catharsis from time to time, SMR has less dramatic emotional benefits.
When Yoga Tune Up® creator Jill Miller was writing her book, The Roll Model: A Step-by-Step Guide to Erase Pain, Improve Mobility and Live Better in Your Body (Victory Belt Publishing 2014), she put out a request for stories about how her Yoga Therapy Balls had been useful to those who had used them.
“A major category that outnumbered all others was how people used the Therapy Balls for self-soothing and emotional regulation,” she says.
Miller suggests that self-massage positively impacts the nervous system, which can enhance relaxation and stress relief.
"When you apply pressure in certain areas of the body, it helps to reset the central nervous system. Giving more to the parasympathetic (which induces relaxation, slows heart rate) and taking away from the sympathetic (which quickens heart rate, raises blood pressure) is enough to create a global emotional state change,” she explains.
There is research evidence to support Miller. Studies have shown that applying pressure has been associated with slowed heart rates, lowered cortisol and blood pressure levels, and more (Diego 2009; Young-Hee 2011).
To read more about how to support clients when self-massage tools like foam rollers release more than tight muscles and trigger points, please see "When Myofascial Release Gets Emotional" in the online IDEA Library or in the February 2016 print issue of IDEA Fitness Journal. If you cannot access the full article and would like to, please contact the IDEA Inspired Service Team at (800) 999-4332, ext. 7.

This is my most requested recipe – it pleases everyone, even those who don't care for curry! This Pakistani Kima is gluten-free, dairy-free, with low carb, paleo, AIP, and vegan options - plus it's full of nourishing real food ingredients.
Ingredients
  • 2 – 3 Tbsp oil (I recommend coconut oil.)
  • 1 cup chopped onion (I use ¼ cup minced)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (see The Easiest Way to Peel Garlic)
  • 1 lb ground beef (or other meat or even chicken. See below for vegan option.)
  • 1½ Tbsp curry powder (See Sweet Curry Powder Recipe). Here's a nightshade free curry.
  • 2¼ tsp salt (I recommend Real Salt)
  • ⅛ tsp pepper (omit for AIP)
  • ⅛ tsp cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp ginger
  • ⅛ tsp turmeric
  • 2½ – 3 cups tomatoes (about 1½ 14 oz cans) (omit for AIP and use this Nomato Sauceinstead.)
  • 3 potatoes or sweet potatoes (see low carb options below. Use sweet potato for AIP.)
  • 2½ – 3 cups peas (see low carb/paleo options below. Use snow peas for AIP.)
Instructions
Report this ad
  1. Melt oil or butter in a large pan.
  2. Add onion and garlic (if using minced, add a bit of water to reconstitute).
  3. Cook until onion softens and garlic begins to brown (watch it carefully – garlic burns easily!)
  4. Add meat and cook thoroughly.
  5. Add curry, salt and spices. Stir well.
  6. Dice potatoes.
  7. Add potatoes, tomatoes and peas to the pan.
  8. Bring to a simmering boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 25 minutes, or until potatoes are done.
Notes
Dice the potatoes small. It’s pretty disappointing to wait the whole 25 minutes and still have crunchy taters!
Add the peas later in the cooking time to keep their color more vibrant.
Substitute ingredients and add more or less to your taste. However, if you add more potatoes, onions, or peas, you will need to increase the seasonings.
- For a low carb option, sub green beans for the peas and cauliflower for the potatoes — any low carb option you like. How about radishes for the potatoes :)?
- For a vegan option substitute beans or a soy product (like TVP) for the meat. I don’t personally recommend soy, but it does work and tastes great.
- Curry note: I use a mild sweet curry (my youngest doesn’t like spicy anything!) – In case you missed it, here is my Sweet Curry Recipe :-).
- The recipe calls for potatoes but I have done this with sweet potatoes and it’s ahhmazing. Plus it meets paleo standards that way.

Thomas Rhett - I Feel Good (Instant Grat Video) ft. LunchMoney Lewis

Happy Friday World, My heart is so full already this 2016 year of continual learning, grace, love, pain, growth, gifts and understanding.

I'm not sure how we are already a 1/4 thru this year already? I have to say that mine started with high hopes, faith, excitement and ENERGY......

How is your New Year laying itself out around you, in you and even perhaps, rebuilding you? I wish you ALL THE BEST. YOU DESERVE ALL THE BLESSINGS OF THIS LIFE, EVEN THE GROWTH AND REFINING OF DISENCHANTMENT, HEARTACHE AND PAIN!

SO Much of life has stepped in the middle of my road ALREADY in this 2016 Year  of Growing......and I feel it is all for the BEST in so many ways.....even if at times it feels overwhelming, challenging, frightening and unexpected!

I keep thinking about how much pressure a DIAMOND TAKES to make its brilliance so STUNNING AND GORGEOUS!

I know we are all Diamonds made from so many 'CUTS', 'PRESSURES', and REFINEMENTS! We all come from so many DIFFERENT experiences and nobody truly knows or understands the magnitude of struggle that another person may be dealing with....

May we allow ONE GREATER THAN ALL OF US, to take care of JUDGEMENT, for that is why HE CAME TO TAKE THIS TASK AWAY FROM US, SO THAT HE MIGHT SUFFER FOR ALL THE BROKEN HEARTS IN THIS WORLD, ON EVERY CORNER, IN EVERY HOME, IN EVERY NATION!

So as I begin,  and continue again this NEW YEAR 2016,  and RESET MY COARSE, RENEW MY MOTIVATION, REVIVE MY INTENTIONS, REBUTT MY POWER AND REBUILD EACH NEW DAY, I keep thinking about an amazing man who has a way of expressing how I feel about LIFE AND LIVING in each of our very own worlds!

If you don't mind, I would like to share my heart from these powerful words of George Washington Carver, a man of STRENGTH and LOVE!

How far you go in life depends on your being tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving and tolerant of the weak and strong. Because someday in your life you will have been all of these.

Conor Maynard - Price Tag lyrics

Are You Hurting? I am so sorry, and I wanted you to know that while I may not feel all that you feel, however; I see your pain. Take deep breaths and know that you are loved!

depression is on the rise is because touch is on the drop
Studies indicate that touch has a beneficial effect on our perception of pain, treatment of disease, as well as emotional and physical development

Hugging is being used even as an aid in treating some physical illnesses, following research that it leads to certain positive physiological changes. For example, touch stimulates nerve endings, thereby helping in relieving pain . It is thus not uncommon for a chronic pain patient to be prescribed "Therapeutic touch" which involves placing the hands on or just above the troubled area in the patient's body for half-an-hour (shades of reiki). This pushes up the hemoglobin levels in the blood, increasing the delivery of blood to tissues, a study at the nursing department of New York University showed. Some nurses' associations in the USA have since endorsed therapeutic touch.

Any health problem makes the sufferer feel vulnerable, frightened, angry, frustrated and helpless. The patient usually needs to educate himself to make certain life changes. Hugging can give him the positive emotional state necessary to make these changes. In one study, pet ownership was seen to contribute to the survival of heart patients. The inference: the cuddling of pets has a soothing effect that reduces the stress levels in heart attack victims.

Tactile contact is very important for people with certain handicaps and can even be therapeutic. Imran Ali, a visually impaired telephone operator at the Steel Authority of India office in Delhi, says that if somebody says "Hi!" to him, it means nothing to him—a hug does. In
Mario Puzo's latest novel, The Last Don, the heroine named Athena provides her autistic daughter with "a hug box", lying in which gives the child a feeling of being hugged by a person without having to connect or relate to another human being, which is a problem with autistics.

The miraculous way in which hugging works is described in a touching story titled 'The Hugging Judge' in
Chicken Soup for the Soulby Jack Canfield and Mark Victor Hansen. It is about Lee Shapiro, a retired judge, who realized that love is the greatest power there is and began offering everybody a hug.

Some years ago he created the Hugger Kit. It contains 30 little red embroidered hearts. Shapiro would take out his kit, go around to people and offer them a little red heart in exchange for a hug. Soon, he became a minor celebrity for spreading his message of unconditional love.

Once, accepting a challenge from a local television station in San Francisco, he went ahead and offered a hug to a six-foot-two, 230-pound bus driver, from a community known to be the toughest, crabbiest and meanest in the whole town. Even as the TV cameras whirred, the bus driver stepped down and said: "Why not?"

But Shapiro was queasy when invited to a home for the terminally ill, severely retarded and quadriplegic. Accompanied by a team of doctors and nurses, he went about his routine of hugging and handing out little red hearts till they reached a ward with the worst cases. The last person, named Leonard, whom Shapiro had to hug, was drooling on his big white bib; There's no way we can get across to this person, Shapiro thought.

But finally he leaned down and gave Leonard a hug. This is what followed, in the authors' words:

All of a sudden Leonard began to squeal: "Eeeeehh! Eeeeehh!"

Some of the other patients in the room began to clang things together. Shapiro turned to the staff for some sort of explanation, only to find that every doctor, nurse and orderly was crying.

Shapiro asked the head nurse: "What's going on?"

Shapiro will never forget what she said: "This is the first time in 23 years we've ever seen Leonard smile.

Most people's lifestyle is more stressful and includes fewer opportunities for physical contact than ever before. Twenty years ago, teachers used to hug and touch their students and that was fine with parents. Touch was a sign of caring. Nowadays, concerns about sexual harassment and inappropriate touching make people overly cautious and reluctant to touch others. As a result, many of us find ourselves starved for simple, casual, warm touch from our families, friends and colleagues.
There's a whole new field now called psychoneuroimmunology, or PNI for short. It claims that when you feel good and you love yourself and you're being touched and you feel loved, your immune system gets stronger. Touching builds up the immune system (they now call this “libidinal refuelling”). When you hug somebody, you literally recharge your and the other person’s libido, the powerful energy of the body.
